2 Cost Saving Benefits of a Home AC Maintenance Plan

Routine preventive maintenance is what keeps your Nederland, Texas, home comfortable throughout the year. Without it, you’re limiting the efficiency of your HVAC system, creating more wear and tear, and bigger monthly bills in the process. Fortunately, we have a preventive HVAC maintenance plan that takes the guesswork and stress out of the situation. If you’ve never thought about an HVAC maintenance plan, it’s a great deal to ensure your home is at the perfect comfort level. Here’s how it works.

Savings With Our HVAC Maintenance Plan

Our HVAC maintenance plan is one of the best in the business. Called the Energy Savings Club, this plan comes with a number of benefits not offered to any of our other customers. Many of these perks save you money, such as a $100 loyalty credit for each year that you’re enrolled in the club. You can apply these credits to any future equipment replacement. In addition, you get up to 15 percent off parts if your HVAC system needs it, and there are no overtime charges for any work that we do.

Other Perks of Our HVAC Maintenance Plan

Aside from monetary savings, our maintenance plan also provides some other advantages, to keep your system in tip-top condition. We provide a complimentary tune-up each spring and fall, including free inspection and cleaning of your evaporator coils and heat exchanger and a one year warranty on parts and labor. Hopefully, your HVAC system will never fail you, but if it does, enrollment in our plan gives you priority service. That means no matter how many people call ahead of you, we’ll put you at the top of the list, and put every effort into getting your air conditioner back online. By joining our Energy Savings Club, you’ll never have to worry about poor HVAC performance, higher bills, or unnecessary aging of your system.
